ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Hi! I'm Nora Michalski.

I have a Master's degree in Psychology and 26 years of experience in the self-development field. I've spent more than a decade teaching and mentoring; built an award-winning, international wellness business; and later spent another decade working in Silicon Valley at Apple, Intuit, Logitech, and AI startups.

I've spent much of my life exploring one question:

How do we perform at our highest level without creating unnecessary internal struggle?

That question is at the heart of the work behind this session.

Based in Hawaii for over 5 years now, I work with entrepreneurs and professionals who want high performance without constant internal struggle.

Everything I share with you, I’ve been applying in my own life.

Giving ♥️ back

I send 1% of all my profit to these two organizations. Your purchase helps children and women in desperate situations.

A society free from sexual and other forms of exploitation against children and women.

The primary focus of the organization is preventing trafficking for forced prostitution, rescuing survivors of the flesh trade, and rehabilitating rescued women. Alongside, Maiti Nepal also actively works to provide justice for victimized girls and women through criminal investigation and conducts legal cases against offenders.

Empowering Hawai'i's homeless children to break the cycle of poverty through education, mentorship, and life-changing experiences.

In Hawaii, there are over 23,000 children living in substandard and homeless situations. Since the foundation's inception in 2003, we are proud to announce that Project Hawaii's award winning programs have successfully helped over 2,000 homeless children escape and break their cycle of poverty as they continue to grow into adulthood and  build their own families with a strong foundation rooted in the Hawaiian Culture and Traditions
